Listed on Sparco's website as their racing shift knob. It is NOT a threaded shift knob, and secures into place using 3 set screws and rubber/plastic cap to protect the threads on your shifter. However, I am missing 2 of the 3 set screws and the rubber/plastic cap. Easily solved with a trip to the hardware store.
Make me a reasonable offer and cover shipping (from Hawaii) and it's yours. Online, new, it goes for $60. Found it in the glove box when I bought my s14, never used it.

The rubber cap I'm missing looks like this and protects the threads.
