S13 Blinkers don't work.

Buttoning up my project car and cannot get the blinkers (front or rear) to work.

What I know:

-fuses in the kick panel, and chassis harness fuse box are good
-the relay to the right of the steering column is NOT getting power
- the signal stalk on the column IS getting power.
-for obvious reasons, the relay does not click.

if it matters, no the cluster isn't plugged in, i tried swapping bulbs in the tails, I am unsure if they worked previously, the chassis harness was oem spec until I extended it.

Anybody have any tips or ideas?

check your hazard light switch if its broken it can cause them to not work

what happens is your turn signals are wired through the switch, when you activate your hazard switch it brakes that connection. Now what you may be experiencing is a bad switch that breaks that connection on and off

Im not the best at explaining things sorry hopefully that may help

interesting. my hazard button isnt plugged in, as the dash is still out of the car. will plug in and check back.
