so the shipping company finally told me that they will not refund any money for shipping my engine to a home depot, then making me go out an hour and get it with my bosses truck. plus the fact that they charge me extra 50 bux to ship it to a home address even though it was shipped to a business so its cheaper, the problem was they sent it to a fucking business, I wanted it shipped to my home. so now they say they wont pay me shit, I should be at least entitled to my 50 bux for shipping it to a biz. WTF, So waht do I do next, I know its not a lot of money but still they are complete assholes about it. btw it was central transport. dont use them they suck. I mean I know i can go to the BBB but that wouldnt do anything. and its too small to go to court and plus they are big im small so there goes that. oh and plus I dont have documents. and Rickey at rickeys auto bullshit hates me now cause I gave him neutral feedback, cause his whole little buisness is SHIT. so he wont give me the documents. well enough of me ranting. but yah any of you guys been in a situation like this and what did u do. I was asking for my whole shipping money back because they fucked up too much but i want something back.

Dunno about the shipping thing, I guess I don't grasp what you're conveying.
as far as that 'Rickliest Auto Chop' goes, threaten them with a lawyer-type to get them to release those papers.
If they HAVE no papers, they're lying (they have to be able to prove the motor isn't stolen)

no the problem is i paid them to send my engine to my house, instead they lost it for 4 days, and then a recieving guy from home depot an hour away called me and siad he had an engine in his warehouse, Im like shit so i went and drove to get the engine. U know how to ship to a buisness is cheaper to ship than to a residance, so not only did they lose my engine, but it poped up at a business, so shouldnt I get that 50 bux back. It was 50 extra to sent to my house cause they would have to have a truck with a liftgate and shit. but plus the fact that they lost my engine, I didnt tell them to ship to home depot, I said ship to my fuckin house. and i had to borrow a bosses truck, drive all those miles. I mean the shipping company could have been like, well yah we lost it but we were gonna pick it back up and if you hadnt driven to get it that day, we would have brought it to your house the next day. well guess what, do you think home depot was gonna keep it and be like oh yah weel hold it, NO they were about to put it outside the warehouse. and it was fuckin raining that day. Now Central transport says that they owe me nothing. Tomarrow im going to call their terminal but they are just fuckin highschool dropouts workin there and they dont give a shit bout shit so i doubt ill get anyware with them.

so in cleaning my room today, I found the actual letter, (my dad got the letter and I never saw it but he summarized basically what it said) so Now I have acutally read it and get this, they say that my request hasnt been granted because I NEVER PAID THEM, I did pay Rickey though. so Rickey never paid them, and now rickey is getting his money back in a way, because he now doesnt have to pay them, they lifted the past due notice, This is bullshit, I know a guy trying to take him to court, so maybe Ill help him out but I will try to contact rickey, but once he finds out who i am hes gonna hang up cause he hates me, hes a little bitch and I wish I lived in FL so i could go right up to his shop, oh well.
