Tranny rattle

put my car on the lift today and only when I let off the gas (im standing under the car ) I can hear a rattle coming from right were the tranny bolts to block even when I have clutch engaged its only when I let off throttle? any ideas befor I pull the tranny and check it out , also the diff is about wasted I know this for sure when has a load on it it rattle like hell could driving it like this have messed up he tranny in some way? :facepalm:

Only thing between the tranny and block is the clutch and should be the thin tranny dust shield. are all your bolts torqued to spec? The dust shield could be rattling

Are all your mounts in good shape

Yes shield is all tight an mount is good I work at a tranny shop and co worker thinks it's the counter shaft in tranny any one else ever have this ? Trannys got 200k on it so I wouldn't be saprsized fishes donezo
