Most models of Prelude will have you...you might have chance to against the older base Preludes. But the older Prelude VTEC had 190hp and all new ones have 200hp.
The only Civic that would have a chance against a 240 stock for stock is the Si...and it only comes in manual. So any auto Civic will have to be EX, DX, HX, LX, etc. and therefore, will be toast.
The only Integra that the 240 should have a problem with is the GS-R and ITR, both of which only come in manual. You should be able to take stock auto LS, RS, and GS 'Tegs.

wait...you have a '89, which is SOHC and 140hp. Then the LS, RS, and GS 'Tegs will give you a pretty good run. You should still pull pretty good on the others.

well, the only chance i had was to get an auto 90 240, or buy a manuel honda... you know why i bought it. ;) but i've dusted some straight civics and neons. and i've beaten a 92 and 95 prelude(auto) i beleive its the point you know when to hold it to the floor and lift at the changes... it'll come easy after about 2 hours of driving your car hard.
