noob here..but, how to make lights pop halfway..

How do I make my lights pop up halfway? Am I in the wrong forum. All apologies if I am. please steer me in the right direction. Thanks.

pop the hood. see the black knob looking thing next to the head light itself. Pop off the cap, and adjust the headlight up by turning it. VOILA! DONE!

also you'll wanna pull your headlight motor fuse so they dont go back down.
