Okay so I have a weird problem, my idle after warm up is about 1500-1600 like if the car is still cold start. This problem happend yesterday after I tuned my sr20det (400whp). Anyways I disconect the IACV and the idle goes back down to 900rpm perfect, now my problem is sure cool just leave it disconnected, but if I was to use ac car almost stalls, can this be the Iacv is stuck open? When I turn on the ac the idle goes a bit down, tell me the iacv is most likely not opening up anymore, I'm guessing maybe a stuck IACV?

I've dealt with this problem on many occasions. If you ruled out, vacuum leaks and coolant lines are hooked up to the iacv, then you can make your ecu relearn with out clearing long term values.
This is what I do, add a restriction in the iacv hose, I used a rubber line wedge inside of the iacv hose, then use a worm clamp to bring the idle down to where it should be. Then verify or set timing. Adjust the iacv screw to 50%. You may have to open the clamp a 1/4 turn the next time you start your car. Only once if you do it right and in about 2days, you should be able to remove the clamp and hose. The type of driving, ranged from hard engine breakins to clutch breakins, and just cruising for 35mi to 40mi a day.
Or somewhere around first oil change after initial oil change.
So if you wanna try it, just put some good driving mile on it, for a couple days
Probably the best miles, would be the way you intend to drive it.
I now use a ball valve for this job, it's one of those non conventional tools in my toolbox.
