Go to Nissan. They are lifetime warranty.

They don't have any I was there last week arguing over a repair (lifetime seat belt warranty repair) and they offered to buy the car because they couldn't find any seat belt parts left in Nissan's inventory. All 4 of my front belts were frayed and they couldn't find one. I sold the car and got another (a better condition one FWIW).
