TAIL--LIGHTS

I'm sorry,, i think there is a nother post about tailights somewhere, &nbsp;but i can't find it.... so i'm startin a new one,, <img src="#/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':)'> &nbsp; Allright,, i'm sick of my tailights allready,, i want some circular ones. &nbsp;U may have seen them on the japanese rx-7's.. or the conversion that a lot of the rx-7s have here.. there are 2 red circles, and a yellow turn one on the outside. &nbsp;Is there ANYWAY to make somethign like that on the 240&gt;... i'm i'll paint it myself if i have to!.. well,,, in that case, can i get a replacement of the tail light section so i can screw with one of them?. &nbsp;Thanks for the help guys and girls <img src="#/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':)'>

do you wanna just tint em black or get somethin like a euro light?

well i dont think youll be able to change the postition of the bulbs unless theres a way you can graft something. &nbsp;but tinting would be easy. &nbsp;you could buy (or build if they dont sell it) a balck light cover that would go on the inside of the light. &nbsp;hope that helps a little

I don't care much for the idea of painting in the taillights. If you have an s13, you may want to consider the 180sx taillights, it's sorta what yer speaking of. If it's not an s13, then your car already has a sexy enough ass <img src="#/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/tounge.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':p'>

hey i just saw in this magazine this kinda euro light conversions but with carbon fiber in the back instead of the usual crome. &nbsp;the catch... i didnt mention wether or not they make it for 240's. &nbsp;but according to your description they look pretty similar. &nbsp;and yea they do have a pretty sexy ass already

Get a body shop to do it for you. They'll paint them for 50 bucks.

OOOOOOOoh i love those new tail lights for the s13... if only they had similar ones for the s14 i'd be in heaven. &nbsp;Does anyone have diff tail lights?.. i've seen people that pained the center portion, (lights that are on the trunk) and left the corners there, which looked pretty cool. &nbsp;Anyhow know how that is done?. .and if you can reverse it easily? &nbsp;thanks. &nbsp; -AJ

You're car is dope, booty-guy. Those lights are the only reason why I wish I had a hatchback. But no, I've got the big-assed trunk. And the only thing I could have done is paint the amber portion of the light, and I did that. Clearcorners.com sells a different version of the light for some 300 bucks, but I'd much rather buy a pulley and a CAE for $300 than some cosmetic crap. Hope I didn't offend anyone.

Yeah, and they won't give pricing or anything else for it. That looks dope. The one I was talking about was the one where the bottom portion is white and the top portion is red. Pretty plain, but looks aftermarket only to the people who know their cars. That up there looks really dope!

The 180sx doesn't have a center tail light...it's just a panel with holes for the reverse lights. <img src="#/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/wink.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=';)'> And that Supra tail light conversion looks a little cheap and misaligned...just doesn't quite fit or something.
btw...I will have a 180sx tail light conversion one day...hopefully by next year.
