I need to know where the 15 degree mark is on the pulley. I see 3 orange marks, and 1 circle groove. Can anyone tell me which one it is? Thanks in advance for the help...

You will have 6 grooves on your crank pulley.
Starting from the left (going clockwise), the grooves will represent: -5, 0, 5, 10, 15, 20
So 15 will be the 5th groove from the left.

I'm talking about the notches on the outer circumference of the pulley.
Why do you need to know? Adjusting timing using a light?

no im just tryin to get the 15 mark at tdc, is that all to it or am i missing stuff? If thats all to it, how do i rotate the pulley itself. Thanks for the info...

Whoa, hold on here.
You want to set your motor to TDC? If so, 15 degrees it definatly NOT TDC.
For TDC, you want to have it at 0 degrees, and confirm that your distributor is positioned over the #1 spark plug wire.
Are you going to be taking the head or timing cover off? What are you trying to do?
You can rotate the pully by putting the tranny in neutral, and using a socket with an extension on the rachet to turn it over clockwise. The crank bolt is 27mm IIRC.
