Sr ecu and harness help

My harness seems to be in good condition
I went over it and retaped it all

I have a few ecu ' s and when I plug them in.....the red led light doesn't come on when I turn the switch on the ecu
I tighten the bolt as tight as I can and looks like the ecu is sitting flesh on the plug

What could be the problem??

I have a 89 s13
The sr harness has a ground wire that is on the plug that goes to the dash plug
Sohc s13 doesn't have a ground wire
So on the sr harness....you have to run that ground wire back to a ground from the ecu

Now my led light flashes on all my ecu ' s showing 55

....doesn't seem like many ppl are on here to help anymore

Glad you got your shit fixed, had to be power or ground, fortunately this sounds like it was a simple fix.
