After converting my S13 to a 5 lug I ordered new pads and rotors. The (Rears) Pads are Project U D1 spec and rotors are StopTech slotted. After driving for 5 miles I noticed brake pad smell but I said what the hell that's normal. Took the car to a empty parking lot to try out the Ebrake stopping power and WOAH did I felt much more locking power. But here's my problem after parking in my driveway I still noticed the smell again so I went to go check it out to see my Passnger rear brake were HOT ass hell, I had just sprayed caliper paint the morning before so the paint was bubbling up. Which was weird it was only the passenger rear doing this. Rear Calipers are almost new, I replaced them 4 months ago and have only put around 1000 miles on them since. How normal is this? Or was it because of the ebrake pulls that caused this? Thanks

Re-bleed and try again. If that doesn't get it, there's a chance of a seized piston.

When you where compressing the rear calipers for the pads was that side harder to do then the other? IF so then the pistion is seized like mentioned above..what u can try is pull the rear calipers off the spindle and try compressing the Pistons again (as if you were changing the pads again) and see if it's super stiff..
