1998 S-14 all stock with all the suspension you could think of.

SO I get the check engine light no prob I reset the ECU and the light comes back, DAMN. So I went to Auto Zone and I get the codes go to a mech and he tells me that its the MAF and I got something wrong with my Absolute Presure Sensor-something with the climate control? So I check the voltage on the plug for the MAF and I got the correct voltage that the mech told me I should get with the car in "on" and with it running I cleared the light again and its still there. Please help as I dont know what to do next. :sadwavey:

if he told you its the maf, go get a maf for 20 bux and see if its that. well thats what I would do anyway.

its probably an electrical problem with or around the MAF. Get a multimeter and probe the wires that lead to and from the maf meter. if you got the correct voltage that the mech told you, the maf is cool, so you know it's something else. or if you htink it is the maf, just do what they said up top.
