at the bottom of the page. Think i'll be fine if i run oil through them, or will the oil destroy them? :-/

well those are the only things they consider. Oil, air and water. There is no mentioning of oil anywhere, so it's not that it will not work, its just that they aren't tested for it.

although there is a good chance it wont work with oil anyway :-/

if you want to use quickreleases use the jiffy tite quick disconnecst available through summet/jegs that are actually designed for automotive temps and applications

heh 400F is i think enough of the temperature for oil/coolant, most gauges dont even read htat far :)

I'm more concerned if anyone knows whether these fittings have parts that are fine for coolant, but might get destroyed by oil. I just really don't want to spend $25 on an oil intake flange.

Well i ordered them yesterday (along with $100 worth of other stuff) so i'll give them a try and see how it works out.
