No its just a basic heavy throttle hotpipe for a s13. its a steel pipe so any normal muffler shop could do it for you.

also found out I have a ball bearing t28 with tubular manifold, the turbo is new but the mani is used but in good condition. it comes with an aftermarket turbo elbow too. I also can get the stock manifold and t25 for it too. Just email me, not sure on prices. I think they are entertaining offers.
