got a brand new quick release. the good part with this is that you don't have a big spline or hub stuck at the back of the steering wheel. easier to carry around.

once it is mounted the other ring can be turned once the buttom is depressed. the wheel will then be able to come off. the bottom part is the part that goes on the steering wheel. it is probably less then an inch tall(give or take).
