Yes, you can bolt up tien outer ends onto these Isis Performance inners.

Will this work with nodded knuckles on s13s?

Yes it will as long as you having proper spacing/offset modifications.

Yes, spacers are included.

Answered my own question by going to the site. I guess these require aftermarket outer rods or s14 oem rods for an s13 application
