tire and other misc questions

1) i need a recommendation on what type of tires to go for in the non-raining season here in san francisco. i will be running stock s14 SE wheels on all four corners. i already have a set of all seasons for the rainy season, but what other tires for spirited (yet safe) driving on my commutes to san jose. i would like to know what you guys' recommendations are .... please state the model and why you recommend them.

2) do advan sa3r type rims come in a 5 lug config? i always see them as 4 lug rims ...

3) i'm looking at an 89' s13 that is a two tone mint green/charcoal and want to know if that exterior color combination ever came with a black/gray interior ... or did it just come with that blue/gray interior?

For around here i would recommend some yokohama avs es100. They have decent grip/response, pretty good treadware, and are comfortable enough. Good compromise tire. Also, they aren't terrible in the occasional mist or rain. Or of course falken azenis sports, one caveat i find azenis track on the freeway pretty bad comparitively, it may be an annoyance during your commute ^^. Or if you happen to me a PIMP BALLER rolling in MOOLAH then bfgoodrich geforce T/A KDs. Nor cal represent~

thanks for responding. what does the above mean? about the falkens? i have thought about es100's but i will probably get those for drift tires, and i want to try something different.

they follow irregularities in the road. really not a problem on i280 in most parts, but around here on 101 where the road is always fucked up you notice it more.
