Hood Fitment question

Hi, I imported a S14 Kouki a while back, today it went for its safety inspection and unfortunately failed. Reason being the hood was cut to add a scoop back in Japan. I need a temporary hood to pass, however theres no other S14 Kouki's around and I dont want to spend 600-1000$ on ahood I wont even keep. My mechanic has a Zenki however I suppose that would not fit. My car is a 97, so will any kouki hood fit or just 97 hoods? Anybody know of anything makeshift that will holdup just well enough to get me through a slack safety?

To answer your question.. Kouki fits Kouki, Zenki fits Zenki. Headlights are different.

Your guy's Zenki hood will fit your Kouki, I don't think the other way around

you'll just be left with a gap in between the lights and the hood,
I don't know if that will pass inspection though, you may get by lol
