Would stock cams not be ideal if you want the power low down in the rev range?
I run 260 pro cams and still find the car laggy.

JWT S3 personally. If you can, look up the GT2871 Thread, lots of helpful tips and info regarding different setups using your turbo.

For what you're trying to do I say get VTC working if it isn't already and run these Tomei 256/256 cams I have for sale.

Torque will come on earlier than the S3's and are perfect cams for your injector/turbo size.

I really like the tomei 256/260 with working VCT on smaller turbos.
Car is very responsive with a slightly larger turbo than the GT2867 (20g) and holds power towards 8k rpm.
No experience with JWT cams and would run as fast as possible from BC cams.
