I am posting this here because I would love to find somebody willing to trade me their car plus cash for my Spec B. I'm mainly looking for a turbo, RWD car plus at least $6k cash depending on the value of the trade. I would entertain straight trade offers but the car would have to be very clean and fit my interest and taste exactly. Nothing personal, I would just rather have the cash right now.
That being said, hit me up with any reasonable trade offers or questions! :)

"Trade value" will be $15,000.

More info: http://www.motorweek.org/reviews/road_tests/2007_subaru_legacy_25gt_specb
Factory options:

Auto-dimming mirror with homelink
Fog lights
Aftermarket parts:
Cobb Catback Exhaust (still have stock)
CNT Catless Downpipe (still have stock)
Cobb Accessport (currently using the Cobb Stage 2, 93 octane tune)
ISC N1 Street Comfort Coilovers
Drag DR38 Wheels (18x8 +48)
Near new 235/40/18 Primewell tires (will include fresh rotate/balance and alignment before final sale)
New Mishimoto radiator with new upper and lower hoses
DBA slotted brake rotors, Stoptech street pads
Perrin air filter
Optima red top battery
Ground and power wires on battery, starter, and alternator upgraded to 4 gauge
30% tint on the sides, 15% on the rear
All scheduled maintenance (other than oil changes) has been done by AWD Tuning. Oil changed every 3-4k miles using full synthetic (usually Amsoil or Royal Purple and a Mobil 1 filter). There are currently no problems with the engine or transmission. Compression on all four cylinders checked out at 130 psi and spark plugs were changed while checking (3/18/15). The only things needed in order to complete the 120k maintenance is transmission/differential oil and a brake system flush.
Here is everything bad about the car. I have an inspection receipt from AWD Tuning on 3/18/15 listing everything.
Bads:
The power steering pump is slowly leaking. Doesn't need to be replaced yet, but will in the future.
Small leak in passenger side valve cover. AWD Tuning emphasized SMALL leak. Not enough to replace yet, just keep an eye on it.
Driver side CV boot is torn. Brand new CV shaft assembly is in the garage and will come with the car.
The lower control arm bushings are starting to tear.
There are a few dents and scratches seeing as it has been daily driven for most of it's life. Most can be fixed with paintless dent repair and a good buff job.
Rear sway bar needs new end links. Whoever buys the car will most likely want to upgrade when replacing these, which is why it hasn't been fixed yet. No problem driving, just annoying clunking.
