My silvia halogen bulbs

I just took out the bulbs in my silvia halogen headlights, and they are too different kinds. My passanger side gives off this really nice blue/white color and is very bright but my driver side is more yellow and not as bright. I tried to see what kind they are and the bright one says "CSR State of the Art H4" and the yellow one says "Koito H4". I would like to find another one like the bright one. Where could I buy that CSR bulb at?

My suggestion would just be to buy some Sylvania Silverstar H4 bulbs.
