question about spark plug sealing gaskets

I want to take off my valve cover to inspect the timing and install the rocker arm stoppers. I bought a new valve cover gasket but I forgot to get new spark plug sealing gaskets. I heard that you're not susposed to reuse a gasket, is this true? If so, are the gaskets off the sr20de the same as the gaskets off the sr20det? Thanks for the help.

You can reuse the valve cover gasket all you want. Take a close look at it...as long as there are no visual gashes, pieces missing, etc., just reuse it.

use a little FIPG and u can reuse it a shytload of times
