Reman'd fuel rail/injectors KA24DE with flowrate testsheet, $200 shipped.
This includes the OEM rail and all four (4) OEM injectors from a 1995 Nissan 240SX with KA24DE. Professionally serviced, fully assembled, and ready to install. Assembly has 202,780 miles exactly (see pix of cluster below). 0 miles/not installed since reman'd. Only opened box to take pix.
For reference, Advance sells reman'd injectors for $50 with $10 core charge per injector, no rail, and they do not provide flowrate testsheets.
Professionally serviced by DeatschWerks for the following:
* Safely remove the injectors so there is no damage
* Ultrasonically clean the fuel rail
For each injector:
* 3-step ultrasonic cleaning - Optimizes atomization and flow
* Replace o-rings, filters, and seals - Ensures leak free operation
* Check coil - Discover electrical problems
* Leak test 100psi - Find leaks at pintle
* RPM ramp and Pulse-width ramp tests - Exclusive DeatschWerks tests
* Spray pattern analysis - Verify proper atomization
* Static flow test - Check balance of flow rates
* Dynamic flow test - Simulates real driving conditions
* ID etching - Links each injector to results on report
* Lubricate and bag - Preserves optimum working condition
