Hey, so my last engine was a ca18det with an s15 t28 turbo. Was making about 300whp with that. My favorite thing about using that size turbo was the super fun immediate spool responsiveness, as the car is my street daily as well.

I'm looking into possibly getting into a ka24de-t now, with a goal of 300-350whp. From what I've read and heard, t3's are pretty commonly used.

My question is, with that power goal for the ka, will a t3 have a similar spool response? I want as much immediate torque without sacrificing overall power.

If you only want around 300HP, you could use a S15 T28 and it will make boost almost instantaneously.

I had a T25g on my KA and it was pretty fun with how responsive it was.

T3/4 .57 is probably your best bet for response with room to make more power than a T2.

S15 T28 good for about 280-320hp the Garrett GTX2867 would be the next size up i would recommend that's good for upwards of 400
