I have a full N1 style steel wheel turbo set up for an rb26 for sale. They are stock r32 t28s freshly rebuilt with N1 internals and upgraded journal bearings and 360 degree thrust bearings. I built this set up to run on my RB because I wanted a reliable and very responsive street set up, but due to some recent changes to my build I'm considering going for a lot more power and am looking to sell these. Due to the stock rb t28s having ceramic exhaust wheels, you're limited to about 12psi safely before risking the exhaust wheels breaking apart and causing major engine damage. The steel wheel turbos can be ran at over 20psi and I've seen them make up to 500whp with proper tuning and supporting mods, you cant make even close to that with the ceramic turbos. This isn't some stock old rb26 turbo set up, there's a lot of work into upgrading everything here and making it all brand new to pull the maximum amount of power you can out of the "stock" twins. Parts included are as follows:
2x t28s with N1 internals and ported turbine housings
2x wastegate actuators
2x ported turbo manifolds
2x r34 N1 o2 housings with heat shields (larger than 32/33s)
Custom 2 piece downpipe for use with an s14/13 using mazworx mounts
Devided "twin turbo" merge pipe
Steel braided oil feed, coolant feed, and coolant return lines with all stainless fittings
2x stock intake inlet adapters
2x 2 bolt aluminum intake flanges (for fabbing your own intake inlets if necessary) (not pictured)
All hardware, gaskets, and seals (not pictured)
All of this has 0 miles on it! The turbo center sections and compressor housings were sonic cleaned before being professionally assembled. All exhaust parts have been ported to allow maximum flow, media blasted inside and out, high temp coated, heat wrapped, and all flange surfaces have been milled to ensure a proper seal. Stock 32/33 turbo manifolds and turbine inlets were greatly and intentionally restricted by Nissan to reduce power. They have been professionally ported and opened up to match the size of the more rare and expensive r34 manifolds and housings. The "twin turbo" merge pipe has had a divider plate tig welded in to reduce turbulence in the charge piping, and then painted wrinkle black. Steel braided turbo lines eliminate the headache of getting the mess of stock hard lines to all line up. The downpipe is made in 2 pieces with a vband flange joining them and a 3" vband outlet for a very easy install. This is a significantly better fitting piece than any other conversion downpipe on the market. It was made for an s14 chassis with mazworx conversion mounts, should fit s13 the same, but I can not confirm if it will work with other companies mount kits or not.
