I get some poping sounds from the front suspension every now and then, especially when I make turns.
So what could be the problem?
Thanks for any help!
I have JIC Coilovers.

sounds like tie rod ends? maybe worn out bushings?

Poping sounds?
Your front suspension has been praying in Latin?
couldn't resist!
tie rods ends, ball joints, t/c rods, upper mounts (if not pillowball)

Go tighten all of your bolts?

When braking is it a loud metalic pop? I get that, and sometimes when turning. I thought it might have something to do with how much positive caster I have, but I am still with in factory spec.
I have been under the car looking for problems, but I can't find anything.

Tie rod ends, Ball joints, Tension rod bushings seem all OK.
I did not notice any abnormal sound when braking.
I will check and retighten the bolts to make sure they are OK anyway.
Here is my front alignment numbers:
L R
Caster: 6.92 6.53
Camber: -1.97 -2.38
TOE: 0.03 0.03
SAI: 14.85 15.32
The right front is weak on turns and the car pulls to the right a little.
Any idea?
my car makes the same noise..i know it's not the tie rod ends. could be my p/b mounts..i'm gonna grease em up and see if it helps. it only happens when i'm close to full lock and notice it when the car is cold

Another possibility is the front lower control arms.

I have the exact same problem. I'm running D2's.
At first, I had a loud clunk. Turned out to be loose collars on the bracket and purches. Now I sometimes get a faint pop/clunk when the car is cold and I'm close to full lock on a slow turn. After the first turn, it's usually gone. Odd.

Usually under braking, worn T/C bushings would be the cause along with worn control arm bushings. Turning could possibly be your upper mount bushing/bearing on your strut or broken tie rod bushings.
Dunno if you did this already but check the top nut on the strut. If you have a suspension system with a pillowball top, they sometimes come loose.
The top nut on my camber plates came loose every now and then and I had to tighten it.
