I was changing my head gasket today, everything well till I forgot to take out last 10mm bolt that connects the head to the lower timing chain cover and the piece broke, what should I do ? Do I need a new cover or should I put more silicone. http://i841.photobucket.com/albums/zz336/151octane/20150203_170730_zpsmvla5c65.jpg (http://s841.photobucket.com/user/151octane/media/20150203_170730_zpsmvla5c65.jpg.html)

I'm no professional engine builder, looks like you need new front cover.
But... You can always Mickey it, fill it with JB WELD!
Jk, NO jb weld!!! Just buy a used front cover

..lol I was thinking of going that route but you are I think I'm better of getting a new one , BUT now if I get a new one do I have to take the bloke and cover to get them both resurface to marry them to each other or you guys think a Lil difference is ok?

Another cover should bolt right on, I would recommend just replacing it with a new one with a new oil pump.

I did the same exact thing 3 weeks ago. I just used a little extra RTV silicone there and bolted it back up anyways. Doesn't leak..

You aren't getting a new OEM front cover anywhere... Nissan doesn't make them anymore. As long as your block hasn't been decked there is no need to resurface the front cover. I'd look for a decent used one, inspect the pump & gears clean it up and throw it on.
