resloution is kinda crappy, and with a FMIC, it's always a good idea to run a bigger radiator and nice hoses..
Is that a turbo xs MBC? i've heard bad things about those...
Got any dyno sheets? looks like a fun motor.

yeah that rad. hose doesnt look to safe. it sags and when it fills up with coolant wouldnt it weigh itself down? in turn the hose falling off the radiator?i dont know its just the way it looks in the pics

I like it a lot, you need a bigger radiator. I love the location for your oil catch can, Great Idea. I might have to borrow the idea, hehe. Love the color. good luck with the rest of it guy!

Well, I have a Koyo sitting in my basement. I have just been spending too much money elsewhere to get the dumb car running that I havent been able to buy my fans yet. I do agree about the radiator hose though. The turbo is a Garrett GT25R. The color is a little more bronze than what the pics show. Not quite as "mustard" looking. As for the MBC, its a Hallman. I love it. I have never heard a single bad thing about them. Thanks for the feedback!

Pretty nice looking. So clean, compared to mine.
Where did you get that intake pipe? Custom? Myself and a few other people on this board have been looking for a "hard" intake pipe to use with the stock T25 (which you obviously don't have anymore)

Fans? Stock fan with shroud works excellent.

which trim turbo do you have, .64 or .86? how do you like it, spool etc...

Well, the intake was custom made. It's 2 4" 90 degree elbows welded together. Worked out pretty good. The turbo has a 64 trim. I love the turbo. At 3000 Im at 5lbs. It hits 18 by 4000. The car is going back to the dyno in 2 weeks to get tuned to 20-22lbs. Ill post some numbers then.

I know this is an old post. But why the 64 and not the 86. I just ordered an 86 and now im being told its laggy and not much better than 64. SHould I call back and order the 64? thanks

You just answered your own question. Most people do not want a lag-happy setup. With a .86, it will most defintely take many more RPMS to achieve the same boost #'s as the .64. The good thing about a .86 is how much room you have to grow.
SHould I call back and order the 64? thanks
You gotta ask yourself...how much power do I want to make? Buy your turbo accordingly.
