wheel fitment on s13 hatch

Sooooo I have a 1991 s13 hatch. And I'm looking to get rota kensei's and I was looking at a 18x9.5 with maybe +20 Offset. I'm have Raceland coils but they aren't on yet because Im wanting to put everything on at once. And I guess my question is will the wheels I want fit and I know nothing about tire sizes.

The wheels arent going to be a problem, a lot will be riding on your tyre size selection.

And that's not really an issue either I can get my hands on some tires pretty easy I just don't know what size would work. I'd like to have as much meat as possible because I live in northern kentucky and roads aren't the best

I run 17x9.5 +18 with 255/40/17s

They run wide for 255s, the front needs a roll/pull the back fits with an aggressive roll.

So with an 18 wheel 255s would be too big right? So a lower profile tire would fit?
