Cluster/Electrical problems

Hey guys, so I have an s13 with a newly swapped s14 sr. Long story short, Got the chassis as a shell and once we got into the dash harness we found a plethora of cut/soldered, spliced and just exposed hot wires. Once repaired cluster got power and mil lights but no RPM, TEMP, or FUEL. Iv checked/repaired continuity, grounds, signal, and pins and nothing.. I have many other projects on my hands atm, so if anyone thats good with auto electric is down to come by we can talk trades/rates for labor or if your just simply down for the cause I will be more then happy to supply the beer and food. Ima photographer also, so shoots for labor can work too.
