Same fundamental design, throw reduction etc.
Tomei has a fancier collar but there is no difference once the unit is actually installed.

I've had both a C's and a Tomei in my car and feel wise, there is a slight difference. The Tomei is smoother and had a direct feel when going into gear compared to the C's. But the C's is a very nice piece also. I still have a C's in my car right now, my Tomei was stolen. i am actually trying to sell my C's for a Tomei right now.
