check valve cover gasket. PRAY to GOD that that's the problem, and nothing else.

edit: after typing up a response it became clear to me that you're talking about oil pooled on top of the spark plug... That's pretty dangerous, I could see something like that starting a fire. Replace your valve cover gasket, it should take you an hour and < $30 (whatever a new gasket costs) and your 10mm socket.

Be careful retorquing the vc bolts as to NOT strip the boltholes, the aluminum is soft and it's pretty easy (just ask the previous owner of my car :P).

its in my plug holes where i put my spark plug wires. i put a sealer on the gasket and i drove my car around and still found some oil in there. would it be the headgasket or o rings? thanks

Based on where the oil is it can only come from one place, and that's the valve cover gasket.

The quick fix didn't work, so now it's time to pick up the gasket set (it's 2 pieces) and a tube of RTV and go to work.
After that, just let it sit overnight before you drive it.
