No need to search high and low for the correct threads, lengths etc. Have (almost) everything for the engine here. Replace with newer, better looking bolts. All bolts are socket head.

Application for SR20 only right now.

Replaces the following hardware in your engine. Nice upgrade from the stock.

Includes the following:
Front Cover
Rear Main
Water Pump
Inner Baffle
Girdle Baffle
Oil Pan Baffle
Oil Filter Housing
Oil Strainer
Upper Oil Pan
Lower Oil Pan
Head (from head to block outer)
Fixed Timing Chain
Intake Manifold
Exhaust Manifold
Throttle Body
VVL Solenoid
Fuel Rail (also replaces philips head screws on injector caps and fuel pressure regulator)

Allen head and washers are not the proper hardware. You need to use something with a flanged head.

These kinds of bolts has been used for years and years as upgraded bolts whether in import or domestic

Those are stainless bolts (A2-70 is a cheap stainless bolt, low strength). Generally these will be about 3-4x weaker than stock bolts. Not a problem to hold your water pump on, but I wouldn't replace all those bolts you list with stainless.

If they were class 12.9 socket head cap screws they would be a reasonable replacement.
