Once again Zilvia I come to you for your wisdom. Before I begin I would like to apologize for many recent posts. I have searched and searched but cannot find a solution so here I am again.

So this is my problem.

My car will boost actually earlier than usual. It'll hit full boost (10 psi for now), then after a certain point it will start to overboost wildly and after that I'm scared to push it so I let off.

I have done the timing 13*, changed the sparkplugs, fixed boost leaks, fixed vacuum leaks, sea-foamed it 2 tanks of gas ago, checked the connection between the turbo and the manifold to see if its tight and there's still and gasket and it looks good,

I am at a loss, I use AEM truboost and I can shut the EBC off to see if the wastegate is working properly and it seems to. Again itll go to about 9-10 and then spike horribly when you get past let's say 5k rpm so it's working for a while.

I almost feel like i should take it to my local shop and say figure it out. That would cost money I don't want to throw in the garbage so any help would be MUCH appreciated thank you.

Where do you have your wastegate hooked up to?

The charge pipe? And then the truboost tee'd into that?

You're sure you don't have a leak in the line coming from the wastegate and or the boost controller lines?

Do you have your settings right on the AEM? What turbo are you on? Factory internal wastegate?

If you have avacuum pump you can see if the diaphram has a leak in the wastegate. What kind of wastegate is it?

It's a twisted motion gt2871 so it's internally wastegated, and it goes from the actuator into the solenoid

And no vacuum pump

Those are my words!

I feel like like the local shops here are a last resort

Disconnect the wastegate arm. Should make like 1-3 psi through the rev range. Your actuator could have failed (diaphram ripped).

And don't mind the dude quoting you, it's a spam bot.

I have twisted motion 2871 as well goes to 18 psi in 1st an second then 14 in all other gears. I just tuned for the over boost is all brand new components. I'm not sure if is issue with the actuator it comes with. Would be nice to find out.

Yeah ill test the actuator next I guess. I have had the turbo for over 6 months and this is the first time its been this bad it just feels like all the power is gone its weird.

How high did you boost? Would it hold at that level?
Bypass you boost solenoid. Hook a tube from a where your solenoid goes to directly to the actuator. See if it boosts fine (should hold at 14psi as that is what the tm turbo is set to)

Not too knowledgeable on SR's but isn't 13* a little too retarded? KA's are like 20*

Sr's are supposed to be 15. Shouldn't cause his issues tho.

With the boost controller off it hold about 8-9 psi until around 5k then it starts to higher and higher until it just feels like somethings gonna give.

not only that when it boosts it just feels like theres no power at all

Sounds like a boost leak to me.
However I'm not saying shutting it off. I'm saying bypass it all together. It will 100% eliminate the possibility of it being the solenoid.
Where is your truboost vac/boost source hooked up to?

The actuator is hooked directly to the solenoid and the other vacuum hose runs from the solenoid to a T peice then from the T peice to the Trottle body and BOV is what it looks like

To the upper or lower vacuum nipple's on the tb?
Did this issue just start or are you just starting out this setup?

It literally started about a week ago ad I think it's on the lower.

One of them is vacuum capped

The top two are vacuum only. Bottom one is boost/vacuum. It seems odd you have your bov hooked to a boost source. But other than that I see nothing wrong.
What type of bov are you running? I had millions of issues with my type s. Any other bov I don't think use boost and only want vacuum.

I am running a blitz recur.

It should all be hooked up right I might have over looked where the connections where and missed a T piece somewhere.

It's just odd that this happened so quickly, I'm probably gonna have the shop do a legit boost leak test as opposed to my home made one
