I got a 97 240sx and my ac unit works fine but it only blows towards you even if you change it to the windshield and others. I was wondering what can i do to fix it?

Also i have a steering problem, driving it sometimes it kinda sways to the left and right especially changing lanes in the highway. Also wanted to know what causes that problem. Thanks

sounds like the blend door mechanism is faulty. there is a motor with a mechanical linkage that moves the door, which controls where air is directed.

worn bushings, ball joints, and possibly loose bolts can cause this condition. do a thorough inspection of all steering and suspension components. when was the last time the car was aligned?

Thanks . Do you know if it is hard to get to the blend door mechanism? .

The previous owner aligned it before but i forgot to ask him. But the rack and Pinon and bushing has been replaced . It mainly does it on the highway from 60+ mph . Just trying to figure out something, im going to get an alignment soon
