Help Identifying this obscure part

Hello all,
I first came across this hatch while perusing a 240 forums some time ago and never really heard much more about it. In fact my searches for the old threads have gone in vain. Here are some pics:

Its of similar concept/construction to the third-gen camaro notchback's that are rare themselves.

I would truly appreciate a manufacturer, distributor, or any information pertaining to this hatch. For those of you who feel duty bound to comment on the aesthetics of the hatch that's fine just get me some useful info on how I can get one of these outside of regularly checking yahoo-japan.

That one actually looks different if you look at the windo and the bottom piece. I think it looks unique but I would rather have my hatch -the spoiler.

Ive seen it in my option2 mag i think? It was done on a red FC and red 180sx. Looks pretty nice actually. A lot of weight reduction as well.

Thanks for the help so far, If anyone can read the scan it sure would help just to get an idea of who makes it as im having difficulties finding gaiax via google.
