Actually this is a case where he is a dummy for NOT signing anything... If he HAD signed an agreement absolving himself of financial responsibility, he wouldn't be in the 'his word against hers' situation he's in now... I'd donate a load or 5, but only at a sperm bank and only AFTER demanding and signing for confidentiality and to never be financially responsible...
