ok.. i know the 02 sensor is read through voltage circulaton i believe. Now the question is... is there any way to extend an o2 sensor a 1 wire without fucking up the a/f signal or am i totally screwed.. cause i know i did it wrong.. ie.. put in o2 sensor and added like some 12 guage wire to it to extend it 10 inches.. but i feel that may have f'ed up my a/f reading.. any help would greatly be appreciated.. mind you i have afc w/ 550 and turbo no chipped ecu so i am running rich right now til i get it tuned tomorrow... just cuirous thanks...

12 gauge is wayyyy tooooo thick. Reason why it's so thin/insulated is so that it wont pick up any "noise". If you switch to 16/18 guage you should be okay.. as long as you don't run it across your secondary ignition.
You can always get an A/F meter. Or if you have a DVOM, it should bounce from 0.2-0.8Vs (if you want stoich a/f 14.7)

i see.. my theory was due to the extra length of cable it would increase the resistance so increasing diameter of cable would decrease the resistance.. =)
