I have my 1998 Nissan 240sx for sale. It's got a fully built S14 SR putting 410 rwhp on 91 octane @ 17psi with a 350z 6 speed transmission backing it up built by James Chang at G Dimesions in Industry CA. It took 2 years for the build to finish and during that time I became a husband and father and due to the hours I work at my job I just have absolutely no time to enjoy the car and don't want to see it rot in the garage. Why is it so laggy? 3076 should spool way faster on a Full Race manifold.

Because it's got the Tomei 270 camshafts in it to help it breath in the top end. It is setup for track use and with the 350z 6 speed on a track your never going to fall out of boost once you leave the line.

I was comparing RPM to HP on our 2 graphs and @ 3000rpm we are both @ about the same point and by 5000 rpm your car with the 260 camshafts is making 30 more hp. You continue to make more power then me which is great but what I see is the 2 cars basically boost the same. With a better fuel then 91 pump gas mine would do a lot better. Your graph is spread in 250rpm increments and mine is spread in 1000rpm increments making mine look to be more laggy.

Honestly I have not drove on them very much since they were put on the car but they ride superlow the way the car is sitting is about as high as you can go with it!

I would part it out but I don't have the time. And that price was with a bunch of parts coming off the car. I'm willing to take out some easy stuff. The buyer is being a huge pain and wants me to hold it so it's still for sale. $18500 with everything. $16500 without the extra parts. Ha ha, way cool. I totally remember this car sitting at G-dimension. Mine was sitting right next to it, black zenki with a gold carbon hood and a vvl setup on a gt3582, im guessing u likely saw it.

James is a quality builder who specializes in high power sr20s and rb motors. I didn't see the end of this project but it was a nicely done, clean setup last I saw it. Knowing James, im sure it was well completed and properly tuned.
