Video shows car striking another vehicle in an intersection, sending the second car into a pedestrian.


Dayton Police release dramatic video that shows an SUV landing on top of a pedestrian after a crash. There are cameras at the intersection to catch red light runners. They show the victim walking in the cross walk when a car and an SUV crashed. The SUV then rolled over onto the pedestrian.

Actually from the article I read, the gentleman did survive, but only because the dent the PT Cruiser created in the side of the other vehicle, prevented him from being crushed. He sustained serious injuries, but I don't think he died. At least he wasn't dead at the time that article was written.

hmmm dont flame me but.... it looks like the Forrester's fault :confused: . cause if the pedestrian was crossing at the correct time then the pt cruisers light would be green. and the Forrester would have a RED light. correct? but then if you think about it then why was traffic on the otherside stopping, to let the escort wagon to make its left turn? i just lost myself :duh:

the thing is a lot people out there don't really follow the light. they just walk whenever they feel safe.
