Car won't start sometimes... help!!

I have a stock single cam ka coupe. Anyway, after a hard run if i turn off the car, it will not turn back on again. It cranks but doesn't start and there is spark. However, if i wait for like an hour or two, the car will start but i hear knocking sounds, which seems to be coming from the timing chain. Then after i drive it for a while the sounds goes away. The car seems to be loosing power too, it's slower then usual, it hesitate when i step on the gas and slowly picks up. if you have any ideas or suggestion, i will greatly apreciated. thanks.

You check your fuel pump?? How bout the fuel pressure regulator? When was the last time you changed your fuel filter?

Try these first...see if it helps...
