WTF every single time I order a set of radiator hoses the lower one is too short. First I ordered a generic set of ebay hoses then I ordered isis hoses and they were even shorter.. Anybody else deal with this or is it just my luck? Not sure if it makes a difference but I have a Mishimoto rad.

Did you try to install it upside down?

What do you mean? The fill neck is at the top so rad can't be upside down. I tried flipping the hose both ways

Post pics of hose fitment please. It doesn't need to go all the way up the water neck, just over the flange enough to clamp it.

Lower hose goes from bottom of the rad to the thermostat housing.. not the fill neck

I've got a feeling he's got a KA radiator, and is running the thermostat housing to the upper hose, and trying to run the lower hose to the water neck. Or something backwards like that.

No i'm positive I have an sr radiator because the KA rad has both the inlet and outlet on one side. I am having issues getting the lower hose to the thermostat housing.

is the radiator sitting on oem brackets?

Possibility that you have a tube'd front end and the radiator is not in it's original location? Again pics of the situation at the radiator would help.

just install oem brackets, oem rubber feet and the oem bracket bushings. no tubed front end, pics will be posted soon

How does your top hose fit?
What engine mounts do you have and are they on the correct sides?

Turns out I had my fill neck on backwards so instead of pointing downwards it was pointing up. Its all good now :)
