I'm in the middle of doing a 240sx (s13) putting in a sr20 I'm not sure how to hook up the lower wiring harness for chassis to engine I have both the ka harness and the sr20 harness. Also wondering about hooking up reverse lights not sure how to do that either. Anyone knows anything or has pictures would help out loads thanks.

Just buy the wiring specialties lower harness and save any headaches and possible bad connections and future issues.hell just buy the upper and lower harness and then just start it and drive rather then diagnosong what's wrong

So which harness are you wanting to use? SR lower harness to KA engine bay harness? Or KA lower harness & engine bay harness to SR tranny?
Maybe this will help you a little bit,

Use sr harness....it will connect to the sensors that's on your trans, starter and at
each plug has different plugs and wire length to reach the correct sensor

Its pretty simple, there are 3 or 4 plugs at the fuse box, plug those in. Fuse box gets power from the 2 plugs on the positive battery post connector. Both the KA and SR harness will work, i'd use the KA lower harness. If any of the sensors are different (max of 2), just use the SR plugs off of that harness and either solder or butt connect them on the KA harness. Polarity doesnt matter so you can't mess up on the reverse lights haha

I think have have it figured out I'm using the stock sr20 harness just plugging it in to the the ka harness by the fuse box done.
