What's going on everyone.
So once again, I'm having some issues with the clutch hydraulics...
To give some background, it's a stock KA.
- Brand New Trans (no more than 2000 miles)
- Brand New Slave/CMC (Original OEM)
- Competition Clutch White Bunny 6 Pick Clutch kit (no more than 4000)
and after replacing damn near every thing possible in the clutch system...
I'm still getting a "grind" when I slip out the clutch. It sounds as if the clutch doesn't disengage properly and slips off or something. I'm honestly baffled about this problem, and it's highly frustrating me...
The only thing I have no replaced is the clutch fork, and the sleeve that holds the throwout bearing. They didn't look bad, and the clutch fork didn't look bad either.
This "grind" is killing me, because it does it intermittently. It doesn't happen consistently, but when it does...it sounds like a serious grind as if the plate is making contact with something.
Idk guys, I'm at the point of pulling this fucking engine and trans out and saying fuck it and save up for a 1JZ or something. I feel like this problem is caused by something really retarded, but I can't find it. I'm going to try to bleed the clutch and find the manual so I can get a guide of adjusting the pedal.
If anyone has any ideas, please let me know...it's driving me insane!
Thanks everyone
