Yes, they should fit your s14 kouki. Both S14 zenki and kouki chassis are the same, so I don't see why not.

but if you have a kouki i think it will conflict with the sideskirts already on the kouki... see the mounts on the lower portion of the skirts in the pics... no ?

They will fit a kouki. I have both and it takes me literally 5mins to swap per side. They are made of the same material as OEM bumpers and sideskirts(urethane I suppose).

they are made of a thin but durable abs plastic...not urethane. It is rare to find these in perfect condition...usually used they end up having some damage. Sounds like a nice set!!!
