Need quick help. Power wire?

Need help... Power wire
I recently purchased a 1992 shell and it still has the wiring harness and fuse boxes and all but I cannot find the power wire to save my life.

Can anyone tell me or show me where the power wire that connects to the battery terminal connects to in the car?
I see the 2 small clips that are normally attachéd to the power wire but don't see the actual power wire.

It's a separate harness, lower harness.
