So I told my girlfriend how I couldn't sleep last night until like 1am, then woke up at 3am and kept thinking about 240sx........

All I could is think about is buying another 240sx and building it etc,

She got so jealous, was all like whatever, I don't care, blah blah blah....

Losing sleep thinking about car stuff is pretty special. I usually struggle the most when I've got my eye on a few things for my 240 and I've got the funds to back it up... But don't wanna go broke.. ZzzzzZzZ

My s13 is partly to blame for ending my last relationship. I'd spend long nights and weekends working in the garage instead of taking my girlfriend (of 4 years) out like a boyfriend should. We also lived together so that made it even worse, she would fall asleep while I'd still be in the garage. I'm now single and live on my own, but I have to admit, it's so nice to be able to do whatever I want, whenever I want with whoever I want and not have to deal with stupid bullshit. Life is good.

My girl (going on 2 1/2 years now) at first should would look at me crazy when I'm consistently "working" or just talking about the car, watching the older Video Option/homemade Japanese street drift videos and my plan to go to Japan. She always told me a car is a car...ha, took her to her first drift event, now she wants Honda/Nissan, lowered, painted triple black (which she is saving up for one) and want to go Japan lol.

Yeah man... its the diagnosing thats keeps me up. Constantly thinking how things are gonna get done. The guys on zilvia builds some cool shit with great ideas.

story of my life. Before I go to sleep every night I imagine my new turbo set up like a computer animation of parts going together in my head. My chick has just accepted that I'm crazy in the head for cars, but she'll lightly rag on me for spending too much money on the car (it's true though). I just keep telling her "after x then I'M DONE FOR SURE!" problem is I've been saying that for years lol.

Building cars is an addiction for sure, but at least it's not an addiction to drugs or something else that's a complete waste of time, money and life.

my last girlfriend used to call my truck my wife and referred to herself as my mistress. When we'd fight, I'd go out and clean my truck/ polish my wheels. Needless to say I had the cleanest truck in town lol. After a drunk driver hit it and I bought the s14. We broke up when I bought suspension instead of taking her on a vacation I never said I'd take her on in the first place. No regrets.
