Ok, I've been reading up on this and still can't find too much of a clear solution to my problem. I have a 97 s14 with a stock KA.

The problem is that the car has a high idle, 1800 to 2000 rpms. Sometimes it will idle perfectly, around 800 rpms. But if I give it some gas it will rev up and wont drop down past 1800-2000 rpms.

Things I've checked for-
1. Vaccum leaks - none.
2. Dirty/clogged IACV - clean, spring, valves move fine. (haven't checked solenoid voltages)
3. Replaced temp senor and sender.

I checked the tps, I got 1k to 5k ohms on it. Supply voltage was 5V. Voltage at idle is .34V, but I'm only getting 2.87V at WOT, shouldn't it be somewhere around 4 to 5 volts?

If anybody here has had this problem, please feel free to give some info as to what caused it on your car.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
