Both have the JDM/EDM 4 spoke design. Airbags work, tested both in my S14. S14 wheel is NOT leather wrapped, however the Skyline is leather and has red stitching all-around (very nice). You WILL lose your cruise control, but if you have your CC module you might be able to wire it up with a little creativity. Both are the same size as the USDM ones. However, they are lighter than stock and I like the grips even more.
Funny thing is that with the S14, you can connect the airbag, however there's a little ECU that doesn't let you plug in the other cables coming from the car. Hence, you lose your horn. The horn is actually a simple yellow ground wire that could be spliced into your car's connector. R33 wheel plugs in perfectly - both connectors are the same for the US wheel so you keep your airbag and horn.
S14 wheel is currently on EBay ends Sunday July 25:

The listing contains a lot of pics which should give you a good description of the condition.
R33 is sitting on my desk, but I will probably be putting it on Ebay soon too. If interested, email me your offer to: [email protected]
